1. Our Goal
It is as straightforward and simple as that.
Just showcase one single blog post in an entire week, every week.
It might sound like it'd be a difficult task to scan and read all of Delhi's blogosphere every week just to showcase one single blog-post, but right now, we believe it will not be that difficult. And the reason we say that is because, to begin with, we do not believe there are too many of Delhi's residents who blog. And many out of those who do, don't do it regularly and consistently. So, I'm quite confident we will be able to achieve our objective and be able to do it without much effort.
2. What's With the Name?
The title of this blog, Delhi Speaks Like This Only, humorously signifies and celebrates Delhi's unique English vernacular.
Although, its usage is more representative of Indian English than just Delhi English; we, however, as a metropolitan and capital city of India, like to think of ourselves as its national representatives. An honor which we take quite seriously by flaunting its use in every situation possible.
We're being funny like that only.
